On April 27, 2004 after a 1 PM meeting with the State, your negotiations team voted unanimously to declare impasse.

The State's offer is a three(3) year contract:

Year one $200 signing bonus
Year two 1.5% raise
Year three 1.5% raise
Elimination of the 20 year longevity step
A lower hiring rate
An additional step to job rate.
