NYSCOPBA was formed in 1998 in an effort to bring independent representation to our members rather than being grouped with other State employees. NYSCOPBA, Inc. was certified in 1999 and since that time has provided superior representation to our members under the independent model.

Attention NYSCOPBA Veterans- Recent events may have compromised personal information which was on file with the Veterans Administration office.

The VA announced the recovery of the stolen materials and believes that there was no comprimise. Members should still pay attention to there credit reports for any problems.
